Polymer Applicator in Fertilizers or Urea

What it does?

For application (coverage) of polymers in fertilizers and urea. Contains a dosing box for liquids and powders. Diaphragm pump and flow adjustment, nebulization system, centralized commands, endless thread, parts in contact with fertilizer or urea in stainless steel. It can be used directly below the exit door of bulk hoppers. 

175/70 R14 tires, Performance up to 40 ton/hour (continuous flow). It allows to include the addition of acidifying products and the production of fertilizers and urea with controlled solubility by means of resins or polymers. Increases the efficiency of use by the gradual supply of nitrogen, according to the need of the plant, reduces losses due to volatilization.
