Feira Internacional: Eima será digital e presencial e é oportunidade para brasileiros

International Fair: Eima will be digital and face-to-face and is an opportunity for Brazilians

The 44th edition of Eima International, one of the world's leading agricultural machinery fairs, will take place on two dates: on November 15th, the Eima Digital Preview (EDP) will take place, virtually, and between February 3rd and 7th, 2021 , the face-to-face fair in Bologna, Italy. Details were presented at a press conference.

The digital part will have machine exhibitors and visitors meeting on a platform, in addition to technical events aimed at the agribusiness sector. Each of the 1,600 industries that have already formalized their participation will have a stand and will be organized into 14 product sectors, the same division as the face-to-face event.

Entrepreneurs will also be able to do business with the whole world through video conferences that can be scheduled. “The digital platform will allow exhibitors to preview what will be presented in February of next year”, highlighted the general director of FederUnacoma, Simona Rapastella.

The face-to-face part will bring together exhibitors from the following areas: cultivation, sowing and fertilization; plant care and harvesting; land recovery and forestry; irrigation; initial processing and conservation of the product; livestock; transportation and logistics; engines; components, accessories and parts, gardening and public green areas; in addition to harvesters, tractors, various machines for agriculture, livestock management and for cleaning stalls, machines and equipment for renewable energy sources for agriculture.

The fair is organized by the Italian Federation of Agricultural Machinery Manufacturers (FederUnacoma). Together with the Italian Trade Agency (ITA), the Italian Government agency for the promotion and internationalization of Italian companies, it helps to identify those interested in doing business with Italian companies. A delegation of Italian companies headquartered in Brazil visits the fair every edition and can get to know the best of the model applied to the machines there. At the last Agrishow, in 2019, 16 companies were able to show Italian technology to Brazilians at their own stand.

Italy represents the third largest supplier to Brazil of technology for agricultural machinery. The fair intends to further increase this partnership and sees Brazilian agribusiness as strategic due to the good numbers it has been presenting. “In this segment, state-of-the-art Italian technology in agricultural machinery can contribute to Brazilian farmers in a modern, digitized, efficient and sustainable agro”, highlights Ferdinando Fiore, representative of ITA.

Visitor accreditation for the digital version is open on the official website. site oficial.
